Production Supervisor at ADECCO

Adecco is hiringimmediately for Production Supervisors at a local client in Spring Hill, TN. Production Supervisors do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with rates starting at $28.64/hr., plus available overtime. In this role, you will manage daily operations, ensure QCD indicators align with customer expectations, set performance targets, monitor shift performance, address issues with corrective actions, conduct audits, lead improvement initiatives, coach team members, ensure HSE compliance, maintain transparent communication, set schedules, implement rewards, and uphold company values with autonomy and accountability.

Requirements: 

 

• Bachelor's Degree preferred 

• 2-3 years of supervisory experience 

• 2+ years’ production experience  

• Operational knowledge of production methods (Kanban, 5S, Hoshin, TPM…) 

• Strong sense of teamwork  

• Strong communication skills 

• Proven track record in upholding safety and quality standards 

• Proficient level of English 

 

Schedule: 

 

• 3rd shift – 10:00am-11pm - 6:30pm-7:30am

Pay Details: $28.64 per hour
