Mon-Thurs, 10-hour shift

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Without compromising productivity, quality, or safety, arrange the workforce and establish personnel levels at a suitable level.
• Throughout their shift, uphold and encourage safety in all areas of the establishment.
• Regarding shift operations, preserve and support all quality protocols and initiatives.
• Boost output and effectiveness to the fullest.
• Effectively communicate with other departments and plants, as well as with peers, the senior leadership team, and subordinates.
• Timekeeping, production, scrap/yields, and other necessary paperwork are accurately managed and reported.
• Encourage teamwork by exhibiting a cooperative and cooperative attitude when working on projects with other departments and plants to achieve project goals

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have 2-4 years of supervisor experience with industrial or Manufacturing machines.
• Must have excellent Project Management skills.
• Must have very good computer skills.
