Frontline Production Supervisor 

Family owned lumber manufacturing company with a long history of providing excellent customer service and exceeding customers expectations is looking for team members who aren't afraid to work hard and go he extra mile to get the job done! The Frontline Production Supervisor will report to the Plant Manager. 

Key Duties:

•Supervise department of 7-10 direct reports

•Maintain quality levels

•Maintain production goals and metrics

•Monitor waste, hours and resources

Qualifications:

•Previous experience in a wood production manufacturing plant

•Previous supervisory experience

•Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred

Compensation:

•$20-$25 an hour

•2 weeks PTO

•Employe paid medical/dental/vision/STD/LTD

•401k with match

•Bonus potential of $2-5K per year (Safety/Production)

•Annual Performance bonus 5-10% of yearly salary (Based on Personal & Company goals/metrics)
