Production Supervisor (Food Manufacturing) - Judge Group

This isn't your average Production Supervisor role. Our client, a Baked Goods Manufacturer, wants a driven individual to step up and lead their team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Oversee all aspects of production, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment.
• Lead and motivate your team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Maintain the highest safety standards and adherence to GMP's, SQF & FDA regulations.
• Schedule and coordinate activities, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
• Utilize production management software and equipment to optimize operations.
• Optimize on your team's KPI's.

What You Must Have:

• High School Diploma (College degree a plus)
• 3+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor in the Food Manufacturing Industry required (baked goods experience a plus) 
• Servant leadership mentality
• HACCP experience (certifications a plus)
• GMP experience
• Success in optimizing KPIs
• Experience working with a non-union workforce
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to work nights
