Location: Fort Worth, TX/Keller, TX

Description:
Scope/ Deliverables/ Responsibilities:
Engineering & Quality
Addressing and solving equipment related operations issues.
Making decisions about acceptable vs. unacceptable quality of products.
Ensure quality standards are being met.
Identify areas for improvement and voice issues that operators have with equipment, process, and procedures.
Identify and Implement equipment upgrades and improvements.
Ensure conditions of tooling and equipment are maintained.
Understand and know the products and procedures.
Managing/ overseeing the installation of equipment.
Ensure that quotas are being met.
Ensure that correct tools are available and in good working order for each operator.
Managing operators' occurrences, reporting occurrences
General:
Address production related problems as they arise.
Train operators on the process and procedures of the equipment.
Help to install the new equipment in facility.
Must Have: 2 to 3 years of Manufacturing and supervision experience.
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
