Production Supervisor - Gpac

The Production Supervisor displays leadership abilities in training and empowering production personnel to achieve production goals. A hands-on leader to develop and execute plans to meet customer needs, achieve the highest standards related to safety, quality, line efficiencies, yield, and continuous improvement. Leads, directs, supervises, and coordinates all production and packaging activities of fresh cut products operation on assigned shift.  Acts as the liaison between management and factory employees. Accountable for leading safety, food safety, quality, and high productivity.

Requirements

Fresh cut fruit or vegetable experience

Excellent supervisory skills

Bilingual
