Production Supervisor - Path Engineering

As a Production Supervisor (also known as Manufacturing Manager, Production Manager), you'll lead a dedicated production team, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality output. You'll foster a positive work environment, implement incentive-based rates, apply Lean Manufacturing principles, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards. You'll also manage workflow, recruit and train new employees, and oversee budgeting and forecasting.
