As a Night Shift Production Supervisor (also known as Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Team Lead), you'll oversee and coordinate the activities of production workers during the night shift. You'll ensure production goals are met, train and develop team members, maintain a safe work environment, and communicate effectively with other supervisors and management.
