• Production Supervisor
• Youngstown, OH
• $50 - $65000 annual salary based on experience
• 12 hour rotating shift from 745pm-8am
• Direct Hire opportunity

• Supervise a manufacturing department of 40 – 45 staff members.
• Set employee goals and objectives.
• Develop staff to maximize potential.
• Manage employees and team performance.
• Determine staffing requirements.
• Ensure employees receive needed training to succeed in their role.
• Coach and motive employees.
• Allocate use of available resources.
• Evaluate employee performance.
• Discipline and implement corrective actions as needed with employees.
• Maintain a balanced inventory.
• Ensure quality of finished goods is upheld.
• Evaluate current business processes and systems.
• Plan and implement procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency.

• 2 or more years' experience as a Supervisor in a manufacturing setting.
• Excellent communication and people skills to lead a team.
• Ability to work a 12 hour schedule including every other weekend.
• Experience with MS Office and time keeping systems.
• Previous experience working in plastics manufacturing a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Will be subject to pre-employment screening.
