Required Skills:
Looking for 3+ years of operations support exp. With strong Windows/Linux exp. As must. Any scripting language exp. Is required (Shell/PowerShell scripting is highly preferred), monitoring/automation tools exp. (Tivoli, Sensu, Autosys, ServiceNow, AppDynamics).
• The level expected: browse through servers and run commands (linux /wintel servers)
• Not looking for a Sys Admin who does installs. we dont do infra admin work.
• Autosys helpful, having some certificates like pki is a +
• Will learn new processes and apps.
• heavy monitoring, log in checks for certain errors, interact with DB SA's to help resolve and at times interact with clients. (not dealing with vendor or product infra security).
High level Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in Operations support.
• Hands on experience with either Windows or Linux servers.
• Experience with Shell/PowerShell scripting, SQL, or any other equivalent will be a plus.
• Experience of Monitoring or Automation Tools will be a plus: Tivoli, Sensu, Autosys, ServiceNow, AppDynamics.
• Knowledge of TLS certificates, PKI Technology will be a plus.
• Knowledge of Webservices, Webservers, Application servers and Network Protocols would be a good addition.
