Job Title: Production Support Lead 

Type: Direct Hire

Location: Davidson, NC office onsite/hybrid 

This position will be primarily responsible for leading the production support activities of our client's compensation management solution group. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, planning production calendars to meet stakeholder review and payroll deadlines, coordinating daily production activities (such as pipeline scheduling, report generation, integrations, etc.), troubleshooting production issues, and coordinating system fixes with necessary teams, release management including system testing and deployments. Planning, coordinating, and executing daily production activity calendars across multiple client groups Monitoring of production activities to ensure successful completion or coordinate resolution of any production failures Production incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, resolution coordination, and incident tracking to closure Software release testing and regression testing coordination and execution Development of release playbooks to ensure a smooth rollout Planning, implementing, and supporting release deployment Coordination with all internal teams, external teams, and interfacing with business leads

This is a full-time role that is onsite/hybrid in our Davidson NC office- the Full-time salary is $90,000 - $110,000  plus benefits/bonus

Required Skills:

Experience across all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle required

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required

Experience managing incidents using ServiceNow or any similar tool

Experience with supporting the following or similar technologies:

Informatica ETL - Required

Oracle PL/SQL – Required

Experience with production support roles and responsibilities required

Ability to work well and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment required

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Must have ability to work well in a team environment

Nice to Have:

SAP Commissions – Good to have

Scripting languages such as: Unix Bash shell, Perl, or Python – Good to have

Experience performing system application testing preferred

Experience performing system administration duties preferred
