Immediate opening for Production Lead for a Direct Hire position with a top manufacturer in Danbury, CT. Pay range $ 24 – $ 32 hr.
Responsibilities for the Production Lead:
Review production orders and checking inventory for parts needed
Scheduling technician for order production to meet deadline
Organizing and tracking tasks to meet production goals
Hands-on working side-by-side – mechanical and electrical assembly
Facilitating communication between production team and senior leadership
Production Lead candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
5+ years Production Lead / Supervisor
Technical experience – mechanical and electrical assembly - wiring
Strong communication skills and exp in leading and motivating employees
Ability to prioritize and organize
Able to work independently to deadlines
Familiarity with MS Word, (Excel a plus), ERP systems
Engineering degree a plus but not required
This client is seeking and energetic, self-starter with potential to grow.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $32.00 per hour
