Position Summary:

Production team lead will support the production supervisors and production managers in the clean room. This role will provide guidance to entry level employees while ensuring to standard documentation, maintaining quality standard and meeting production quotas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Key Requirements:

  • Assesses risks and seeks appropriate assistance from Production Manager/Supervisor
  • Ensures safety guidelines are understood and followed at all times
  • Resolves production problems and documents issues for discussion in meetings with
  Management, Engineering and Quality
  • Recommends operational changes to Production Manager/Supervisor
  • Gives and receives employee feedback
  • Identifies training and cross-training needs and ensures completion of training records for work cell.
  • Review schedule with supervisor and work towards meeting shipment dates-while ensuring
  quality standards are being maintained.
  • Ensures material transactions are documented and communicated to Production & Inventory
  Control as needed to support accurate inventory counts
  • Shop cleanliness and tidiness: Work cell is responsible for cleaning the area daily in accordance
  with established procedures
  • Will have authority to shut down production for out-of-control situations, contact necessary
  personnel to solve problems, request additional resources and move resources to other areas for temporary assignments
  • Other duties as assigned

Must Have:

• • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a progressive manufacturing environment.
  • Prior experience in a Contract Manufacturing Operation (CMO) is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in leading team performance and regulatory compliance.
  • Be able to read, write and speak fluent English.

Good to have:

• Medical Manufacturing experience

Salary Range: $21.00-$23.00 (Shift dependent)
