Production Tech - Ever Staff

We are currently seeking a Production Technician to join their team. Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Technician will be responsible for refurbishing x-ray tube assemblies and assisting in the production process of medical supplies and equipment. The successful candidate will adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistent quality in all aspects of production. This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to perform tasks such as assembling, testing, and packaging medical components.

Job Title: Assembly Technician

Location: Ventura, CA

Pay Rate: $21.00/hr.

Shift: 1st

Responsibilities:

• Refurbish x-ray tube housing assemblies by replacing components and conducting performance testing.
• Conduct quality assurance checks throughout the production process, including pre-labeling and final quality control inspections.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and ensure proper calibration intervals.
• Document test results accurately and maintain product traceability within the department.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team on product reworks and evaluations.

Requirements:

• Experience documenting test results and conducting quality assurance checks.
• Proficiency in using multimeters, mechanical tools (such as Allen wrenches, hand drills, and wire cutters), and soldering irons.
• Basic computer skills, including email, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
• Relevant experience or qualifications in a similar role.
• Positive attitude, ability to work efficiently under pressure, and strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
