Production & Technical Design Assistant at Image360 - Philly NW

You will work with our project managers and take projects from beginning through to completion.

That includes learning client needs and the scope of projects, as well as estimating, technical design, production, and installation.

$19 - $24 hourly

• You will work with our senior project managers and take projects from beginning through to completion. That includes learning client needs and the scope of projects, as well as estimating, technical design, production, and installation.
• We will train you from the ground up. The faster you learn the more we will teach you. You will never know it all because every day brings something new, in a custom manufacturing business like Image360.
• This position could ultimately lead to Senior Project Manager or other managerial roles. Only you can limit where you go.

• Work hard with self-motivation. There is always more work to do - sitting around looking at your phone does not cut it.
• Able to think independently and out of the box – but not afraid to ask questions and learn new things.
• Some experience with design software (Illustrator is required).
• Proven ability to use hand & small power tools. Even with all our fancy machinery we still use them every day.
• Enjoy and are good at communicating in real-time with other humans both in person & via email and phone.
• Production experience in sign manufacturing or related fields is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to demonstrate your past success working within a team environment.
