Job Responsibilities:

- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Use multimeters and other diagnostic tools to identify issues
- Monitor production lines for efficiency and yield
- Implement corrective and predictive maintenance strategies
- Document maintenance activities and issues
- Collaborate with control engineers and other team members
- Attend to UV light curing, laser cutting, and pick-and-place machines
- Maintain cam-driven systems and 3-axis gantries
- Contribute to a high-volume production environment
- Adapt to new technologies and processes
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical and pneumatic knowledge
- Basic electrical understanding
- 5+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Familiarity with PLCs is beneficial but not required
Pay: $25-35/hr
Additional Details: The interview process will entail a short technical assessment
After 9 months there will be a $3,000 retention bonus
Candidates applying from out of state will be eligible for a $5,000 relocation stipend
