Production Test Technician - Flowly Solutions

Flowly Solutions is hiring several test technicians for our production team.

These are full time and permanent positions. Our goal is to have you grow in the role and work your way up into greater responsibilities. In this position, you will be performing final tests and inspections on our product to ensure they are fully operational. You will also handle RMA works to troubleshoot issues with customer's items. We are willing to train on our exact products.

This is a Monday through Friday position. The schedule is from 6:00am - 2:30pm, no overtime or weekend work will be required. We are somewhat flexible on the exact working hours based on your availability.

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

Responsibilities:

• Completing quality checks and tests on our products to ensure they are up to standard and operational
• Setting up and running test equipment such as an oscilloscope, power supplies and generators
• Working with and testing high voltages
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting returned products to locate trouble point and repair if it is possible
• Using our computer systems to keep track of work and filing reports
• Performing soldering on SMD and PCB boards 
• Learning new skills and growing in the position
• Completing sub assembly working into a system test
• Operating and running high powered radars on a daily basis

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a test technician in a production environment
• The ability to work with heavy machinery and lift 50 pounds
• An understanding of DC power supply
• Experience working with high voltages
• Completing manual oscilloscope and other test equipment set up
• Soldering expertise is preferred
• Reliable transportation to work
• No formal education is required
