Job Title: Service Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory and coordinate uniform and facility service deliveries.
• Train and mentor staff to uphold company standards and safety protocols.
• Analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance service quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 3+ years of management experience in service or operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
