HIRING FOR ALL SHIFTS
 

Starting Pay: $17.75 (plus shift differential)

minimum of 3 pay increases in the first 2 years of employment.

After 24 months: over $23.00 per hour with annual pay increases

Fabrication is responsible for loading tooling, handling parts and operating press brakes in a safe manner while maintaining an accurate record of finished goods, damaged/unusable parts produced. Duties Include:

• Separate and sort sheet metal parts from full sheet skeletons.
• Knowledge of computer systems including Autodesk vault and paperless systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints to effectively identify parts.
• Maintain high level of accuracy during sorting, tagging, and recording of parts.
• Responsible for maintaining safe and clean work environment.
• Complete all quality and safety procedures and documentation.
• Perform equipment preventative maintenance as directed.
• Identify, setup and bend parts required for production needs.
• Maintain acceptable balance of machine uptime/operational efficiency and quality standards.
