Position Summary
Production Operator C person is responsible to safely operate equipment provided to assemble plastics finished good assemblies their assigned too. As the plastics product is being fed automatically into the work station the operator is expected to safely complete all operational tasks to meet our quality standard expectations and throughput goals. The workstation could contain multiple component parts, tools, and equipment that he/she will be trained to utilize for the assembly task they are assigned too. There will be times when the production operator is asked to perform related tasks such as packaging, cleaning, organizing etc. that are required within the work center or facility.
Primary Accountabilities (Essential Duties)
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an operator must be able to follow instruction and training that will be provided at the time of arriving to our manufacturing facility. Operator will be required to stand, move, lift, and reach while on feet thru the full shift of work. Work is repetitive. Operator is required to be able to properly lift up to 35 lbs., periodically. Operator is required to meet the standard operations procedure of the work center assigned.
Education / Experience (an equivalent combination of education and experience required to successfully complete the primary accountabilities is indicated below)
Years of Experience: 1 Years Area: Working in a Fast Paced Manufacturing Environment
Years of Experience: 1 Years Area: Basic Mathematics

Technical Skills: Repetitive assembly with hands, Ability to use a hand staplers or tape gun, Able to perform proper lifting techniques, able to follow and retain instructions
Availability: Be available to work at assigned shift or scheduled times
Physical Requirements Ability to work on feet or stand for shift entirety; Ability to lift cartons onto a pallet periodically up to 35 lbs., Ability to communicate; Ability to periodically reach, bend, stoop, ect. as needed to perform operational task assigned.

Environment: Manufacturing, Typically warm but seasonal.
Work PPE Requirements (All required PPE is provided by the company. If an employee has a preference for specific PPE that is not provided by the company, it must be approved for use prior to using it on the job.)
Required Work Attire (Work attire is NOT provided by the company as they are accepted general industry standard requirements put in place for the safety of the employee)

- Follow all OSHA and company safety regulations.
- Ensure all machine guards are in place prior to operating ANY machine.
- Adhere to safety standards throughout the area you have been assigned to.
- Follow Instructional training of standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
- Inspect every part before packing into a carton for quality conformance.
- Follow Instructions provided by shift Supervisor
- Notify a shift Supervisor of any issues or concerns

- Safety glasses must be worn in ALL designated areas at ALL times
- Hearing protection must be worn in ALL designated areas at ALL times
Required Work Attire (Work attire is NOT provided by the company as they are accepted general industry standard requirements put in place for the safety of the employee)
- Long pants
- Shirt with at least short sleeve (No Tank Tops or Muscle Shirts)
- Closed toe shoes (preferably work boots)
