What You'll Do:

• Assemble interior and exterior doors with precision and care.
• Measure materials accurately using tape measures for cutting and assembly.
• Operate machinery and equipment like saws, drills, and nail guns safely.
• Inspect finished doors for quality, making adjustments or repairs as needed.
• Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock and reporting shortages.
• Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and quality.

What We're Looking For:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or construction is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Dedication to safety.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Occasional pushing and pulling of carts up to 50 pounds.
• Involves repetitive motions such as assembling parts.
• Work primarily indoors in a warehouse environment.
