Job Description:
Nesco Resource is looking for a hands-on Production Worker to join our clients team! If you're someone who enjoys working with your hands and being part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment, then this role is for you. As a Production Worker, you'll be responsible for building our products, handling materials, and using various tools and equipment. No fancy degrees required, just a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic!
Responsibilities:
- Follow instructions and diagrams to assemble our products.
- Move materials around the workspace safely.
- Cut materials to size using different tools.
- Use machines like cut off machines and heat guns.
- Work with a variety of hand tools.
- Keep your work area clean and organized.
- Work with your team to meet production goals.
- Be mindful of safety procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in manufacturing is a plus but not required.
- Comfortable reading instructions and diagrams.
- Ability to lift and move objects.
- Basic math skills for measuring materials.
- Good attention to detail.
- Friendly attitude and willingness to work with others.
- Available to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
