Production Worker at Nesco Resource

Job Description:

Nesco Resource is looking for a hands-on Production Worker to join our clients team! If you're someone who enjoys working with your hands and being part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment, then this role is for you. As a Production Worker, you'll be responsible for building our products, handling materials, and using various tools and equipment. No fancy degrees required, just a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic!

Responsibilities:

• Follow instructions and diagrams to assemble our products.
• Move materials around the workspace safely.
• Cut materials to size using different tools.
• Use machines like cut off machines and heat guns.
• Work with a variety of hand tools.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Work with your team to meet production goals.
• Be mindful of safety procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable reading instructions and diagrams.
• Ability to lift and move objects.
• Basic math skills for measuring materials.
• Good attention to detail.
• Friendly attitude and willingness to work with others.
• Available to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
