Professional Development Coordinator - HumanHire

HumanHire is partnered with a top ranked national Law Firm to find an Attorney Development Coordinator to join the firms growing team in West Orange, NJ.

The Attorney Development Coordinator will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing professional development programs that support the growth and effectiveness of the firms legal team.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement a comprehensive professional development strategy that aligns with the firm’s goals and addresses the needs of attorneys and staff.
• Organize and facilitate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Manage logistics, including scheduling, venue selection, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs and opportunities for skill enhancement among attorneys and staff.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging training materials and programs that promote professional growth and best practices.
• Gather and analyze feedback from participants to assess program effectiveness and make continuous improvements.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of Professional/Attorney development experience
• Law Firm experience required
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree

Please note that this is a contract opportunity, lasting ~6 months with an opportunity to be extended/converted permanently.
