About the Job
Our client, a top national wholesale insurance brokerage, is seeking an E&S Professional Liability Inside Broker to join their growing team Nashville Professional Liability team.
Role Overview
This position offers an opportunity to join a successful team, capitalizing on business generated by the lead producer. The role involves occasional client visits and the potential for developing your own book of business. You will handle new business as a Team Producer, helping the Lead Producer build a substantial book focused on Professional Liability (EPL, D&O, Cyber, etc.).

Essential requirements are knowledge of Professional Liability coverages and products, and willingness to produce. While the team is based in Nashville Metro, the majority of the book is in the New England area and upper Midwest.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep understanding of professional liability insurance products, including E&O, D&O, EPL, and particularly Cyber Liability
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Minimum 5 years of E&S Wholesale Brokerage experience
- Located in the Nashville, TN area and willing to work in-office once or twice a week
- Risk management degree preferred but not required
- Professional designations (e.g., CPCU, ARM) are advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail agencies and brokerages
- Travel to agencies and brokerages when necessary
- Engage in negotiations and communications with insurance markets and retail brokers
- Drive revenue and assist the service team in risk comprehension and marketing
- Maintain awareness of market capacities and establish relationships with underwriters
