Professional Motorcoach Operator at Triangle Bus Charters

We are seeking experienced and safety-conscious Professional Motorcoach Operators to join our team, responsible for operating large motorcoaches and providing safe and comfortable transportation for passengers. The ideal candidate will have a strong driving record, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to delivering a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

Responsibilities:

• Safe Operation: Drive motorcoaches safely and responsibly, adhering to traffic rules, regulations, and company policies.
• Passenger Safety: Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during the entire journey, including boarding and disembarking.
• Route Planning: Plan and follow efficient and safe routes, considering traffic conditions and client preferences.
• Vehicle Care: Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the motorcoach's interior and exterior.
• Passenger Assistance: Assist passengers with boarding, disembarking, and handling luggage as needed.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing passenger inquiries and needs.
• Compliance: Adhere to all relevant regulations, safety protocols, and industry standards.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and any incidents or observations.
• Problem Solving: Handle unexpected situations or challenges during travel with composure and professionalism.
• Vehicle Familiarity: Demonstrate knowledge of the motorcoach's features, amenities, and emergency procedures.
• Communication: Maintain clear communication with passengers, fellow drivers, and company dispatch.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for operating a motorcoach.
• Previous experience as a motorcoach driver, demonstrating a strong safety record.
• Excellent driving skills, prioritizing safety and passenger comfort.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills for positive passenger interactions.
• Familiarity with motorcoach features, amenities, and safety protocols.
• Ability to handle various weather and driving conditions.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact with passengers and company staff.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and provide solutions under pressure.
