Flight Attendant Hiring Team Evaluator (Contractor) Remote Position

In-Flight Service (IFS) is seeking candidates with past flight attendant experience or an In-Flight Service support role, to support our mission to hire our next generation of flight attendants. This role will support the flight attendant hiring team by evaluating candidates responses to virtual interviews, using structured scoring guidelines. Successful team members will evaluate all candidates consistently, fairly, and inclusively, while maintaining Airline high standards for quality and professionalism.
This position is remote (no travel or onsite work is required) and your work schedule will be flexible within a committed number of hours per day/week. All work will be conducted within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Summary of Responsibilities
Evaluate candidate responses to virtual (recorded) video interviews:
o Receive a predetermined number of candidate interviews to evaluate per day, to be completed on your own time, provided that all assigned evaluations are submitted prior to the next day
o Access the online interview system to view and complete assigned interview evaluations
o View candidate recorded video responses to structured behavioral interview questions
o Record (type) notes to capture key elements of candidates interview responses
o Assign scores to candidates responses to each question, using a structured (1-5) rating scale and behavioral scoring guidelines
o Review scoring of each candidate for accuracy and completeness, and submit the evaluation
Attend an initial virtual or possible in-person training event to learn best practices for conducting effective and inclusive interview evaluations, followed by on-the-job training before independently evaluating candidates
Attend periodic in-person team scoring calibration workshops and receive periodic individual feedback and coaching on your candidate evaluations
Interact frequently with flight attendant hiring team leaders, coordinators, schedulers, and fellow evaluators to ensure an efficient and effective hiring process
Uphold all Airline hiring policies, confidentiality of sensitive applicant information, and legal compliance guidelines

Former employee (Flight Attendant, IFS leader, or HR preferred) in good standing at time of departure from company.
Possesses in-depth knowledge of the Flight Attendant position, including responsibilities, work environment, professional expectations, and standards of behavior. Embraces Airline culture and core values (Rules of the Road).
Possesses basic computer skills (e.g., navigating websites and using web-based apps). Able to consistently access the internet with a strong, stable internet connection.
Able to commit to working between 30-40 hours per week.
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous recruiting, hiring, interviewing, or human resources experience.
Previous Flight Attendant experience.
