Job Description: The Project Manager executes projects from medium to large across multi-functional teams that support the achievement of organizational strategic priorities. Acts as Super PM of PM or team leads. Orchestrates internal and external stakeholder teams that may consist of both technical Team PMs and business/creative Team Leads and ensures the timely completion of project objectives and scope. May orchestrate work during Discovery and Design phases as well as project implementations. Establishes project workspace and project communication plans and ensures all stakeholders are informed regarding project status, issues and impacts, as well as working norms. Manages to milestone rather than to tasks. Collaborates with management to identify opportunities to streamline processes and develop new procedures that support the business unit/department. No budget stewardship responsibilities.
