Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Professional Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent across various industries. • Candidate Sourcing:
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and direct outreach, to identify high-quality candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates across various industries.
• Screening and Evaluation:
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments through interviews and reference checks to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and expectations.
• Client Relationship Management:
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients to gain insights into their hiring needs and company culture.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices.
• Recruitment Strategy Development:
  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to meet client needs.
  • Leverage data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and optimize processes.
• Offer Management:
  • Manage the offer process, including negotiations and facilitating communication between candidates and clients.
  • Support candidates throughout the onboarding process to ensure a positive transition into their new roles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a professional search or agency setting.
• Strong understanding of various industries and job functions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player in a collaborative environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
