We are expanding our North American Team and are actively seeking a talented Professional Services Lead to join our dynamic team at our McLean, VA office.
As a Professional Services Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer success by proactively engaging with customers, preventing issues, and overseeing the resolution of challenges.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Taking a lead role in customer technical support, training, and field operations to drive customer success.
• Managing project execution, contract deliveries, and overall operational execution.
• Leading Support and Maintenance renewals, collaborating with customers and Sales leads to ensure seamless management of annual warranties and renewals.
• Providing technical expertise during the sales process and supporting the sales team in promoting our CUAS product.
• Participating in technical activities and processes with customers.
• Serving as the customer’s trusted advisor for all operational and technical aspects of their CUAS mission.
• Responding promptly to customer issues and leading technical troubleshooting of both hardware and software-related issues.
• Delivering local customer training sessions and product demonstrations.
Required Skills & Experience | We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
• Proven experience as a post-sales/professional services lead, with a background in project management and technical support for technology products and solutions.
• Previous experience in technical customer support organizations and managing projects delivering products or solutions.
• Consistently maintaining a positive, proactive attitude and embracing a culture of change.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the United States.
• Flexibility to respond to customer calls outside of regular working hours to address customer issues.
• Desired: PMP certification or equivalent.
Required Knowledge:
The ideal candidate should have expertise in the following areas:
• Experience working with multidisciplinary systems (software and hardware).
• Familiarity with RF systems.
• Knowledge of Networking & Telecommunications.
• Desired: Familiarity with protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, ICMP, TCP/UDP).
