What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage transportation engineering projects from concept to completion
• Design roadways, intersections, and multimodal transportation solutions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and sustainable designs
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, standards, and guidelines
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, contributing to the growth of the team

What We’re Looking For:

• PE license and 5+ years of experience in transportation engineering
• Strong knowledge of roadway design and traffic engineering principles
• Proficiency in transportation software (AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
