Florida SouthWestern State Collegeis accepting resumes in search of aProfessor, Entrepreneurshipin the School of Business and Technologyto join our team of exceptional faculty. As an FSW faculty member, you have the opportunity to directly impact the college mission to inspire our students to 'Dedicate to Graduate'.
The School of Business and Technology houses some of the most diverse Workforce Education and academic program offerings at the college, including College Credit Certificate (CCC) programs, Associate in Science (AS) degree programs, and Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) degree programs. Disciplines include Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Criminal Justice, Crime Scene, Paralegal, and Public Safety Administration.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Doctoral or master's degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education in the teaching discipline (a minimum of 18 graduate semester credit hours in the teaching discipline)
- Demonstrated expertise in entrepreneurial mindset and skills.
- Strong understanding of sustainability in the context of innovation, entrepreneurship, and/or commercialization.
- Experience coordinating student co-curricular events and activities focused on entrepreneurship.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues outside of your discipline.
- Ability to infuse experiential learning techniques in entrepreneurship into coursework.
- Experience successfully mentoring student business ideas.
- Experience working with members of entrepreneurship community beyond the campus.
- This position requires significant on campus presence.

Salary Range: $51,976.01 $61,643.90 (for two terms): the maximum salary is based on a doctorate education level and 10 years of verifiable full-time teaching experience. Salary will be determined at the hire date.
