Adecco is helping a local client recruit for Program Administrator position in Carlsbad, California. This role is initially set for a 3-month period, with the potential for extension.

Responsibilities for Program Administrator job include but are not limited to:
Serve as a key member of the Program Management team.
Handle daily customer interactions regarding order status and processing inquiries.
Review and process orders under the guidance of the Program Manager.
Coordinate quotations and assist with customer liaison activities (commercial and technical).
Step into the Program Manager role as needed.
Communicate effectively with manufacturing, engineering, and procurement teams for order management.
Assist with demand forecasting and scheduling.
Review purchase orders and manage order acknowledgments.
Handle invoicing, change orders, and RMAs.
Address other customer service issues as they arise.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered the Program Administrator job:
Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or project management support in a manufacturing environment.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong analytical capabilities and effective time management.
Proficient in data entry, Microsoft Office, and relevant project management tools.
Knowledge of ERP manufacturing systems and CRM software is required.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
