Overview: The Program Administrator for Ryan White will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Ryan White and The Resource Group-funded services. This role serves as the liaison with Ryan White Grant Administration, which involves coordinating with internal and external multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local EMA regulations, managing budgets, and enhancing patient care through continuous quality improvement initiatives. This role reports directly to the Medical Director of HIV Services.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Program Leadership:
- In collaboration with Executives and HIV service line Medical Director, provides leadership for the Ryan White Ambulatory Care Program and TRG funded services.
- Competence in operational workflows with Ryan White and TRG funded services
- Ensure program goals and objectives align with organizational mission and federal, state and local EMA requirements.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment for staff, subrecipients, and patients.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with Ryan White and TRG program requirements and other applicable regulations.
- Prepare and submit required reports to funding agencies, internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reviews.
Patient Care Coordination:
- Monitor eligibility determination and application assistance processes for accuracy and in accordance with Ryan White and TRG Program requirements.
- Manage program budget and resources in collaboration with agency leadership efficiently.
- Identify and support funding opportunities to support program sustainability and growth.
- Ensure effective utilization of grant funds in accordance with guidelines.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Manage program budget and resources in collaboration with agency leadership efficiently.

Quality Improvement:
- Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance program effectiveness.
- Collect, analyze and report data to monitor program performance and patient outcomes.

Staff Support:
- Support program staff, including training
- Promote professional development opportunities for team members.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Education, Experience, Licensure/Certification and Skills/Abilities Related Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare program management, preferably in HIV/AIDS care.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Ryan White program requirements and care services.
- Strong leadership and cross functional collaboration
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with budget and grant management.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook.
