Program Analyst - National Experienced Workforce Solutions

Act as facilitator and researcher in the development of a Partnership Operations Plan between the National Parks of Boston and its non-profit partner, the USS Constitution Museum.

• Facilitate workshops between NPS and partner   35%
• Research other models for integrated NPS/Partners operations   10%
• Coordinate field meetings with model sites to learn and share info.   15%
• Draft Partnership Operating Agreement   40%

• Travel Requirements: 1-2 field trips to other park model areas
• Overnight travel: 1-2 overnight trips during the period of performance
• Air travel anticipated: depending on enrollee location, air travel may be required
• Rental cars: Depending on enrollee location, use of a rental car may be required
• Required Safety Gear: Field safety equipment may be necessary to inspect burned areas
• Remote work arrangements are available for this position.
