Job Title: Program Analyst
Location: Huntsville, AL ( Hybrid)
Canvas is seeking a qualified candidate to perform Program Analyst mid-level to Senior financial analysis and business management functions for Project Office Aviation Mission Systems and Architecture (AMSA).
Duties:
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Experience working (management and execution of funds) within Government systems such as General Fund Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS), Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), Logistics Management Program (LMP), Comprehensive Cost and Requirements (CCaR)/Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT), Defense Travel Systems (DTS).
- Develop and coordinate the annual Program Objective Memorandum (POM), the Program Management Review (PMR), Army Program Budget Briefs (APBB's), and the bi-annual update of the P and R Forms.
- Coordinate budget execution, monthly actuals reporting, and variance analysis. Monitor funds execution for the AMSA Portfolio. Research funds execution and prepare and execute Audit functions.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma with 25 years of of relevant work experience
- Experience with management and the execution of FMS ad USG funding.
- Reimbursable Funds, ULOs (Unliquidated Obligations) and NULOS (Negative Unliquidated Obligations) and Funds: APA, RDTE, FMS, OMA, SSTS
- Familiarity with Financial Management Regulations to include DOD 7000-14, FMR 37-100, FMR 37-1.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with a strong background in Excel and Power Point
- Desired Experience:
Bachelors of Science degree and 21 years of Financial Management experience
Experience with the following:
- Intra- governmental Invoicing (G-Invoicing)
- Standard Operation and Maintenance Army Research & Development Systems (SOMARDS)
- Advanced Enterprise Analytics (ADVANA JRP)
- Major Item Pricing Systems (IMART)
Security Clearance:
- Must have and be able to maintain a SECRET clearance.
