S³ Inc. is seeking a Program Analyst to provide support to our STORM program on Redstone Arsenal, AL.
Description:
The Program Analyst will work with the PGMR Product Office, STORM Project Office, PEO Missiles and Space and provide SETA support to the government lead responsible for development efforts to include Enhanced Area Warhead (EAW), obsolescence programs, and planning for future GMLRS variant programs.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for development programs that entail initiation, planning, and execution.
- Interfaces with the prime contractor(s) and inform PGMR management of the status and risks/issues related to the assigned GMLRS developmental efforts.
- Develops program strategies and supporting documentation; support GMLRS development IPTs and functional IPTs to manage and track daily development program execution.
- Responsible for supporting the development of program budget inputs, R-form descriptions, and defining and planning execution and POM years for the RDTE budgets.
- Supports the development of UFR descriptions for assigned programs and impact statements related to the RDTE budget.
- Coordinates with financial POCs for the development, tracking, and updating of RDTE spend plans for the budget execution years and the upcoming year.
- Develops and coordinates staffing for applicable acquisition documentation, such as contract requirement package documents; milestone documentation, such as acquisition strategies and plans; and works with engineering staff to ensure all technical requirements are addressed and qualified.
- Coordinates material release requirements and status, where applicable.
- Works with the GMLRS Production and Obsolescence team to develop any transition to production plans and oversees execution.
Qualifications:
- Masters' degree and 8 years of experience; a Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience; or a High School diploma and 15 years of experience.
- Secret or higher DoD security clearance.
- Requires technical knowledge and/or experience in oversight of preliminary and critical design reviews, qualification events, software development efforts, material release, and failure review boards related to assigned programs.
- 3 or more years of experience in weapon system development activities and as an integral member of an IPT.
- 3 or more years of experience coordinating within functional areas and a prime contractor.
- 2 or more years of experience supporting preliminary or critical design reviews, supporting the development of budget documentation such as P&R forms and UFR justifications, and coordinating acquisition documentation and contract requirements packages.
