Job Title: Program Analyst IV
Location: Stafford, VA
Job Summary/Purpose: The Gemini 3 Group (G3G) is seeking a full-time Program Analyst IV to support a valued Department of Defense (DoD) customer. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Essential Responsibilities/Functions:
• Leads and directs program analysis and management, procurement, cost estimates, budgeting, and data gathering.
• Performs complex analyses of data relative to the program.
• Performs evaluations, analysis, and development of recommended solutions.
• Follows reporting systems including systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and system evaluation methodology.
• Develops and maintains program documentation and technical reports, conducts assessments, and communicates results.
• Contributes to the evaluation, analysis, and development of recommended solutions.
• Monitors program progress and customer expectations.
• Provides periodic status reports as needed.
• Facilitates efficient communication and program support between the client and external agencies.
• Independently manages and reports on projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Must be detail oriented and highly organized, able to manage priorities to meet deadlines.
• Effective proofing and quality assurance capabilities to include excellent spelling and grammar and familiarity with military correspondence and competency-specific document formats/templates.
• Ability to communicate well, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to produce documents with minimal errors.
• Excellent capability with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Able to lead and perform within multi-functional teams.
Required Education, Licenses and Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, English, or related field. Military experience acceptable in lieu of education.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Program Analyst.
• Defense Acquisition University (DAU): Program Management Level 1 Equivalent or Project Management Professional (PMP) required.
Security Clearance Requirements: Active Secret Clearance
