Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the BUSINESS OPERATIONS; COMMAND AND CONTROL of PROGRAM EXECUTIVE OFFICE IWS. Responsibilities You will work with complex software and hardware-intensive development programs, relevant areas of technology evolution, capability improvements and ship modernization/maintenance to meet specific performance and lifecycle requirements. You will manage program and risk management associated PEO Integrated Warfare System (IWS) platform projects including requirements development, system integration, and testing and evaluation. You will oversee the administration of contracts, award of new contracts and establish budget priorities. You will identify problems, develop solutions, communicate and aggressively implement action plans to deliver capability in a fast paced environment is essential. You will communicate across multiple stakeholders while monitoring cost, schedule and performance of both industry and government partners. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 pay band (or GS-13 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing or evaluating program requirements (e.g., financial, contractual, programmatic) for complex software or hardware-intensive development, combat systems, ship modernization or maintenance to meet performance and lifecycle requirements. Education Additional Information The NH-04 pay band is equivalent the GS-14 and GS-15 grade levels. This position has a control point; thus, the salary range for this position is capped at GS-15, step 05 which is currently equivalent to $185,824. If your current salary is above this amount, your salary may be matched. This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.
