Requirements
- 5+ years' of related professional experience
- Ability to use strong verbal and written communication skills necessary to effectively collaborate in a team environment; present and explain technical information to colleagues, management, or sponsors
- Experience working as a member of a multidisciplinary project team that may include engineers, scientists, designers, and technicians
- Have strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Have experience with Microsoft products including Office and SharePoint
Desired Skills
- Background in technical editing or professional writing within the Dept. of Defense
Description
As a Program Analyst (Workflow Manager), you will perform action-officer duties to develop briefings, documents, and reports for Senior Executive Service (SES) and General Officer-level meetings.
Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:
- Perform administrative actions to review, disseminate, control, and track tasks/ actions through electronic means
- Have experience with Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) or other tracking tools (e.g. Microsoft Planner), reviewing staff packages for completeness, issues and maintaining configuration control
- Have experience in developing and conducting records management plans and activities for Mission Integration
- Directly support an SES Tier 2 in the Office of the Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R-E)) Mission Capabilities - Mission Integration
