Program Assistant/Aide - Love and Loyalty Home Care LLC

The Program Assistant/Aide will provide essential support to participants, assisting them with daily living activities and contributing to a safe and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist participants with daily living activities, including meals and mobility, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
• Support the Activities Coordinator during programs and events, helping to create a lively atmosphere.
• Monitor participants' safety during activities, ensuring a secure and enjoyable experience for all.
• Build rapport with participants to encourage engagement and participation in activities.
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized environment, ensuring all equipment and materials are ready for use.

Qualifications:

• Must have completed first aid, CPR, and Heimlich maneuver training.
• Prior experience in elderly care is preferred, along with a caring and compassionate attitude.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with diverse populations.
• Physical stamina to assist participants with mobility and daily activities.
• Willingness to be flexible and adapt to changing needs of participants.
