Program Assistant

Our Administrative & HR Staffing team is looking to speak with Boston area candidates who would be a good fit for opportunities with similar specifications to those listed below:
Responsibilities:
- Research policies and topics as requested; support students and faculty as needed
- Assist with community engagement techniques and content creation
- Prepare and manage data and help with special administrative projects
- Coordinate general office and calendar management requests
- Prepare and review materials for meetings, education programs, events, contracts, special projects, etc.
- Process department financials and event logistics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- 1-3 years of administrative or program support experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel and Word
- Higher education experience is a plus
