Who You Are:
To thrive in this role, you should be a well-rounded communications professional, skilled in working across various channels and tailoring messages to reach multiple audiences effectively.
Candidates should be based in the Washington, DC, metro area and be able to commit to a hybrid work environment.
You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English – you’re a natural and proactive communicator with the ability (and desire!) to collaborate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of stakeholders across borders, time zones, and cultures.
In addition, excellent verbal and written communication skills in German are strongly preferred.
What You’ll Do:
Your job will be to help our program staff build and execute a multi-channel communications strategy.
At any given time, you will be responsible for writing content for our websites, crafting social media posts, helping program staff reach new audiences, and working with your colleagues in the external relations team to align communications organization wide.
You will report to the Director of Marketing and Communications.
