Job Summary/Company:
Our client, a renowned international medical association, is seeking an organized and driven Program Coordinator to support the coordination and execution of their globally recognized training programs. This position is crucial to ensuring that medical professionals receive top-tier educational experiences. You will be involved in the full cycle of program coordination, from administrative tasks to event setup, making a tangible impact on healthcare education.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries related to educational programs.
- Manage and update program information on the association’s website.
- Organize and distribute materials to trainers and registrants before and after training sessions.
- Coordinate event logistics, including arranging catering and maintaining high standards of service.
- Monitor and restock office supplies, performing regular inventory counts and placing orders as necessary.
- Assist with setting up, breaking down, and providing support during educational events.
- Perform general administrative duties, such as maintaining departmental files and processing invoices and expense reports.
- Collect, compile, and organize program data for internal records.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Associate Degree or equivalent work experience in program coordination or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally and work outside normal business hours for events (with advance notice).
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds independently.
- Ability to ascend and descend stairs.
- Capability to remain seated for extended periods, as well as reaching, twisting, and bending when needed.

This job is In-Person.
Pay Range: Hourly $19.81 to $22.67
