About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support for the International Programs department including coordinating meetings and webinars, meeting minutes, itineraries, expense reporting, and responding to inquiries.
- Organize international travel logistics, including Visa applications, itineraries, and reimbursements.
- Assist with planning and coordination of the association's Annual Meeting, international meetings, and exhibits.
- Support the promotion and administration of exchange and resident scholar programs.
- Work within budget constraints to book travel and accommodations as required.
- Coordinate with academic exchange participants traveling for annual meeting
- Manage financial processes and communications related to international educational activities.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Associate Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3-4 years of proven administrative support experience
- Experience with coordinating international travel preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

This job is Hybrid Remote.
Pay Range: Hourly $27.00 to $28.00
