Salary Range: $50000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Program Coordination: Manage all aspects of educational programs; registrations, program preparation, overseeing, and close out. Some local travel required throughout the year to staff these programs (2-4 times a year)
Customer Interaction: Serve as one of the primary contacts for customer queries, ensuring prompt, effective, and excellent service
Member Outreach: Reach out to member agencies to help them develop a customized education plan for their employees and serve as their education liaison
Administrative Support: Assist in the preparation of reports, documentation, and presentation materials as required.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments and within your own to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
Education: A bachelors degree is preferred.
Experience: Entry level is acceptable however at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with participants and co-workers.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with a Learning Management System or Data Management System is an advantage.
