About the Job
Position Purpose
Hours: 20 hours/week - daytime, flexible arrangement
The K-12 coordinator supports the K-12 bid team with responsibilities including clearing and recording invoice deductions, processing and recording manual billbacks, processing school district rebates, completing State Participation Agreements (SPA's), and completing other tasks/responsibilities as assigned.
Experience and Education
Minimum:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong math aptitude.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel - including, but not limited to, filtering and pivot tables.
Preferred:
- 2-year assoc. degree preferred
- Accounting/finance background desirable
