About This Position:Assist in the design and management of Securepak Programs to include ongoing programs as well as new programs. The Program Coordinator will assist in designing product menus and program parameters with the sales staff and management. This position will also work with the marketing department on marking materials needed for Securepak Programs.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
- Assist in designing product menus and program parameters with the sales staff and management.
- Work with marketing department on marketing materials needed for Securepak Programs.
- Work with Purchasing Department/Distribution Planners on product needed for each Securepak Program.
- Work with the distribution center on expected volume of orders, arrival of products and projecting materials needed for program.
- Work with customer service department on communicating necessary information on Securepak Programs
- Work with sales staff on communicating necessary information for customers at correctional facilities
- Answer questions from order entry staff and customer service staff
- Miscellaneous as directed by Securepak Program Manager
- Other duties as determined by the needs of the business
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Alice programs for Access
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to make decisions and work ahead on own initiative
- Work without supervision
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
