Our client is a prominent nonprofit organization focused on healthcare, dedicated to developing and maintaining clinical practice guidelines that are critical for healthcare professionals nationwide. They are seeking a Program Coordinator to join their team and support their mission-driven work.
Job Description:
The Program Coordinator will provide administrative and programmatic support to various departments. This role will involve managing scheduling, coordinating meetings, and assisting with various project management tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and conference calls for the Guidelines Team.
- Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up on action items for meetings.
- Manage Conflict of Interest disclosures and other guideline-related documents.
- Assist in editing and organizing guideline materials and publications.
- Post content on the Practice Guidelines section of the website.
- Support the review and endorsement process for guidelines.
- Respond to inquiries from volunteers, members, and the public.
- Assist with additional department projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Program Coordinator or Senior Administrative Assistant, preferably in a nonprofit or healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with familiarity in scheduling tools like Doodle and video conferencing platforms like Zoom/Teams.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments with competing deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Experience with scientific or medical content is a plus.
Additional Details:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Length: Indefinite (potential for extension or conversion)
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Interview Process: 1 virtual interview with department heads
