Attention all Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Client Liaisons, as this may be the role for you. Program Delivery Managers (PDMGs) serve as the primary point of contract for Applicants, during FEMA's disaster-related, Public Assistance (PA) grant processes. Our Global Government division, headquartered in Arlington, VA, deploys cutting-edge technical expertise for federal agencies such as the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Department of Transportation (DoT), the United States Coast Guard (USCG), and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). The Program Delivery Manager will be deployed in support of FEMA from your home of record to locations mainly on the East Coast, Alabama, and Mississippi when needed after natural disasters.
What You Wlll Do:
Successful performance for a PDMG results in the customer-centric delivery of Public Assistance to Applicants. This includes excellent communication and expectation management based on the Applicant's recovery priorities and the support Public Assistance can provide. PDMG performance is based on the following criteria:
This position requires access to information that is subject to control by the Export Administration Regulations and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Any offer of employment shall be contingent upon the Company's verification that the candidate is a "U.S. Person" or upon the receipt of all necessary export licenses or authorizations that may be required by U.S. export control laws. "U.S. Persons" are defined as U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents (i.e., "green card" holders), or any individual granted protected status under the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3)), including asylees and refugees. In the event a candidate refuses or cannot otherwise provide the necessary information for the Company to determine whether such licenses may be required, or for the Company to obtain any required licenses, the Company shall maintain the exclusive right to discontinue the application process

What You Wlll Do:
- Reviewing information gathered during the Preliminary Damage Assessment (PDA) for assigned Applicants
- Conducting Exploratory Calls to gather information from Applicants using assigned templates
- Conducting and facilitating Recovery Scoping Meetings with Applicants using assigned documents
- Establishing regular meetings with the Applicant to facilitate the program delivery and recovery process
- Tracking and following-up with the Applicant on FEMA's Requests for Information and documentation submission
- Coordinating transmittal of documents and information between the Applicant and FEMA's Consolidated Resource Centers
- Scheduling site inspections with the Applicants and coordinating them with the Site Inspector Task Force Leader
- Reviewing and validating damage details, scopes of work, and costs.

- First-level professionals will possess 2 years of experience in the field of expertise (with an undergraduate degree) or 5 years in the field of expertise
- Mid-level professionals will possess 5 years of experience in the field of expertise (with an undergraduate degree) or 10 years in the field of expertise
- Senior-level professionals will possess 10 years of experience in the field of expertise (with an undergraduate degree) or 15 years in the field of expertise
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to deploy and be on-site within 24-48 hours of notification, fully prepared to perform assigned tasks
- Ability to work remotely for up to 12 months
- Ability to obtain FEMA Suitability via detailed FEMA background investigation
- Active FEMA badge is a plus
- Knowledge of the FEMA PA Program and policy is a plus
